From Remo To Evans Without Regret

I used Remo forever, then tried Evans about 5 years ago and never looked back. It seems like Evans really nailed the quality control and production when D'Addario took over. What's your favorite brand and why?

I use Evans drumhead! On BD a have EMAD + REMAD, on toms G2 coated on top, and old G2 clear on bottom (i want change it for Resonant, or G1 for better and more full sound). On snare i have ST dry, but IMO this is not really good head for my snare ( Everplay Custom - eeeh... Neutral

) and i think better than this is Power Center Reverse Dot beacouse this drumhead sounds fucking good! Very Happy

I like EVANS drumhead for sound, quality and innovations... This heads change my life (and drums Wink

I use Evans too. Like you I use the Emad on bass EC2 coated on all toms and genera dry on snare.

I use them for the same reasons you do.
